These custom extra long socket head screws were manufacture using 18-8 stainless steel material with commercial passivation finish. The hex socket drive and the socket head were cold formed and partial 4-40 thread was rolled at a length of approximately 3/4″. Overall length under the head was set to 4-3/4″.
