These custom stainless steel barrel nuts and barrel bolts were manufactured for our aluminum extrusion manufacturing customer. 304 stainless steel material was used with factory passivation finish and 1/4-20 matching thread. The socket head screws were 1-1/2″ in length under the head and the barrel nuts had internal thread depth at 10mm min. Both parts were kitted to our customer specifications.
